DragonFlyEye worked his dark magic on the series of tubes that is the internet and managed to obtain a clip of our man Randy overseeing the stem cell debate. The real highlight is watching Randy’s friend Melissa Hart (R-PA) incoherent attempt to link stem cell research, Hollywood, and a disgraced South Korean scientific researcher who attempted to clone wooly mammoths (she doesn’t mention the mammoth part, but it’s the same guy whose name she struggles to pronounce in the clip).

In fairness, though, she was terrific as “Sabrina the Teenage Witch”.
